Oh now that is cool. Too bad about the camera, though. I was in Seattle a couple years ago and missed two F-18D's make unrestricted takeoffs out of BFI. My back was to mthem and by the time my camera was up, they were gone.

They're one to appreciate. In fact, that is the one jet I've had the most intimate time shooting (CVN-72, Abbotsford '09, Aviation Nation, etc.) so believe me when I say if you haven't seen one yet, it's about time you have. And for the Fairford MiGs, what a surprise that must have been. Scare you a bit when you were in the Lou?
